This place was really nice and fancy, we liked it a lot. Its location was great and super convenient, right by the mall. 🛍️

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I should have gotten the name of the gentleman working the evening shift on the 4th and 5th of November. He was so helpful and pleasant. Also, Sue who was working on the evening of the 5th was great.

The area around the hotel is a high traffic area and although it is no fault of the hotel, it should be advertised as such, as it is difficult to walk to a restaurant.

Different food, had really really nice stay.

There were extremely pleasant and spotless rooms with a fridge, Good breakfast, coffee. Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants other attractions, and stores on Route 31 in Clay. It also was ready to go by the time we arrived from the airport.

Efficient check-in process, convenient on-site parking available. 🚗 Excellent service and just a short distance of 12 miles from the airport.

The room was brand-new with exceptionally comfortable beds, supper friendly staff.

Staff was very kind and went out of their way to provide comfort and extra assistance without even being asked. The breakfast was as good as most family restaurant or dinner. There's even a wait staff that clears your table.

The pool and pool are did not resemble the pictures on there web side. Absolutely much smaller than appeared on website. Wish there was a small table in the room, no sitting area other than the beds.

The room I stayed in was extremely pleasant and spotless with a couch and a fridge. Everything here was great. The venue was in a central location just off Liverpool, Syracuse for a medical procedure at Upstate Children's Surgery Center and stores and restaurants. It was a 5-minute drive to Saint John's Church.
